What Meerlume can do
Meerlume turns a plain-language description of your business into a chat bot that answers questions, takes bookings and captures enquiries. Bots run on Telegram, WhatsApp and as a chat widget on your own website, and every conversation from every channel lands in one shared inbox.
Every plan includes the bot builder, a booking calendar, the shared inbox, live takeover, contacts and owner notifications. WhatsApp and website chat start on Starter. Anything marked Planned below is not available on any plan yet — it is listed so you can see what is coming, not what you are buying.

Common questions
- Does Meerlume work with WhatsApp?
- Yes. A Meerlume bot runs on your own WhatsApp Business number, connected through Meta's embedded signup or set up by hand, and WhatsApp is included from the Starter plan up.
- Can I put a Meerlume bot on my own website?
- Yes. Website chat adds a chat bubble to your site with one script tag, and also gives you a standalone chat page you can link from an email signature or a bio. It is included from the Starter plan up.
- Does Meerlume support Instagram or Facebook Messenger?
- Not yet. Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Viber are planned channels and are not available on any plan today. Telegram, WhatsApp and website chat are live.
- Can customers book appointments through the bot?
- Yes. Meerlume bots take bookings in chat against real availability, with services, durations, weekly opening hours and one-off overrides, and customers can reschedule or cancel their own appointment in the conversation.
- Do I need to know how to code to build a bot?
- No. You describe your business in plain language and Meerlume generates the conversation flow, which you can then edit on a canvas or by chatting to the builder.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan covers one live Telegram bot and 150 conversations a month, with no card required. Paid plans start at $19 a month and add WhatsApp and website chat.
- Can I reply to a customer myself instead of the bot?
- Yes. Live takeover lets you step into any conversation and reply as yourself from the shared inbox, then hand it back to the bot when you are done.
- How do I find out about a new booking or enquiry?
- Owner notifications reach you in the dashboard, on Telegram or by email, and you can accept or decline a submission straight from the Telegram message.
