Website chat, self-service bookings and share links

The Website chat tab in Meerlume, previewing a booking bot embedded in a page with a toggle between a corner bubble and an in-page chat

Meerlume bots now run on your own website

A Meerlume bot can now answer on your own site as a website chat widget: paste one script tag and the same bot that replies on Telegram and WhatsApp replies there too, into the same inbox.

The widget's colours and greeting are set from the bot's Website chat tab, and the channel is available on Starter and above.

Connect website chat

Customers can reschedule and cancel in chat

Customers who book through a Meerlume bot on WhatsApp or website chat can now reschedule or cancel their own appointment inside the conversation, instead of messaging you to ask.

The booking confirmation carries the options, and any change they make shows on your calendar straight away. Telegram bots have offered this since launch.

Meerlume is live

The Meerlume build screen asking “What does your business do?”, with a restaurant’s pre-order menu typed into it in plain language

Meerlume is now publicly available. Describe your business in plain language — what you sell, when you are open, what you need to ask a customer — and Meerlume turns it into a working booking and enquiry bot.

Nothing goes live until you say so: refine the generated flow on a canvas or by chatting to the builder, then publish it to Telegram or WhatsApp. Every conversation lands in one shared inbox with a booking calendar behind it, and owner notifications reach you on Telegram or by email so an enquiry cannot sit unanswered while you are with a customer.

The Free plan covers one Telegram bot and needs no card.
